Usage Guide

■ How to Order

• Select the desired product and click "Add to Cart."
• Once all desired items are in your cart, click "Proceed to Checkout."
• If you are a member, please enter your email address and password to log in.
  If you are a new customer, please register for a new membership and enter the required information.
• Please confirm your order items, quantity, and customer information, then click the "Confirm Order Details" button.
• After reviewing the details, click the "Place Order" button.
• An "Order Confirmation Email" will be sent to your registered email address.

■ Shipping Costs

• For orders totaling 5,500 yen (including tax) or more: Free shipping
• For orders totaling less than 5,500 yen (including tax): 550 yen (including tax) / Okinawa, remote islands: 1,100 yen (including tax)
• *Separate shipping fees apply for deliveries to multiple addresses.

■ Delivery

Orders are usually shipped within 5 business days and delivered by Japan Post.
Delivery date selection: You can specify a date within 7 to 14 days from the order date.
Delivery time slot: You can specify morning / 14:00-16:00 / 16:00-18:00 / 18:00-20:00 / 19:00-21:00.

【Important】
・Orders placed during New Year holidays, Golden Week, Obon holidays, etc., may take a little longer.

・For deliveries to Okinawa Prefecture and remote islands, depending on Japan Post's delivery status, it may not be possible to deliver on your requested date and time, so we recommend placing your order early.

・To ensure fresh products, we do not keep a large inventory. Therefore, if an item is out of stock or if there is a high volume of orders, it may take a little longer.

・Please note that deliveries to the following addresses will take approximately one week longer than the above-mentioned days:
Hokkaido - Rishiri-gun, Rebun-gun / Izu Islands - Aogashima Village / Ogasawara Islands - Ogasawara Village / Nagasaki Prefecture - Tsushima City

Okinawa Prefecture - Shimajiri-gun - Kitadaito-son, Minamidaito-son / Okinawa Prefecture - Yaeyama-gun - Taketomi-cho, Yonaguni-cho

・Rarely, due to bad weather or road conditions, delivery may not be possible within the selected time slot.

・Please note that time-slot delivery service may not be available for some areas.

■ Returns and Exchanges

While we take every precaution in managing, storing, and delivering our products, in the event of a defective or damaged product, or an incorrect delivery, we will accept returns or exchanges at our expense. Please be sure to contact us here with the "Reason for Return/Exchange." For returns/exchanges due to customer's convenience, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
